Actualmente estamos buscando un Coordinador de Control de Inventario. Este rol crítico es esencial para mantener nuestro inventario de piezas y garantizar la disponibilidad de las piezas necesarias para nuestras operaciones. Como Coordinador de Control de Inventario, serás responsable de supervisar, adquirir y gestionar nuestro inventario de piezas, crear y mantener listas de piezas, y coordinar con varios departamentos para asegurar operaciones sin problemas. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la adquisición de piezas, la realización de conteos cíclicos y el mantenimiento de registros precisos, todo mientras trabajas en el sitio.

Responsabilidades del Coordinador de Control de Inventario:

  • Adquirir piezas y gestionar el inventario para asegurar que la disponibilidad de piezas se alinee con los horarios de trabajo.
  • Monitorear y mantener los niveles de inventario de piezas críticas utilizando software de gestión de mantenimiento computarizado (CMMS).
  • Mantener actualizados los archivos de equipos y las listas de piezas críticas, asegurando su fácil acceso.
  • Realizar conteos cíclicos para garantizar la precisión del inventario.
  • Identificar y organizar las piezas en áreas de almacenamiento designadas.
  • Utilizar de manera efectiva los registros de piezas para la planificación y el control de inventario.
  • Comunicar discrepancias y coordinar resoluciones con los departamentos relevantes.
  • Colaborar con el departamento de contabilidad para informar con precisión los gastos de compra de mantenimiento.
  • Mantener una comunicación abierta con gerentes y departamentos, incluyendo mantenimiento, envío y contabilidad.
  • Crear y mantener listas de piezas, costos asociados e información de contacto de proveedores.
  • Organizar y mantener archivos de equipos departamentales, procedimientos, dibujos y materiales de referencia en formatos tanto físicos como digitales.
  • Asegurar que toda la documentación y los registros estén actualizados y sean fácilmente accesibles.

Requisitos:

  • Capacidad para aprobar una prueba de alfabetización informática.
  • Dominio del inglés, con la habilidad de comunicarse con el personal y proveedores de manera amigable y profesional.
  • Competencia en habilidades informáticas, incluyendo Excel y correo electrónico.
  • Comprensión básica de los principios de control de inventario.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales para una comunicación efectiva con proveedores y empleados en todos los niveles.
  • Atención al detalle con un alto grado de precisión.
  • Fiabilidad en la gestión y mantenimiento de registros de inventario.
