Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee distribution activities, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehousing, ensuring compliance with First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipment of materials.
  • Manage warehouse inventory effectively while assembling and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Utilize our business ERP system to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance, making precise adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
  • Capability to lift and move products weighing up to and exceeding 60 lbs, including navigating warehouse ladders.
  • Forklift certification preferred, or a valid driver's license with a willingness to obtain certification.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and eagerness to learn our ERP system.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Consistent attendance record.
  • Fluency in English with moderate communication skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Overtime pay available as approved.
