Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Oak Security Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for coordinating distribution functions, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehousing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Distribution Functions: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipment of materials, including adherence to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory methods.
  • Manage Inventory: Accurately manage material in the warehouse while picking and building orders to be shipped.
  • Operate ERP System: Work inside our business ERP to ship, receive, and maintain inventory, making specific changes in inventory based on assembly item builds and unbuilds.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Accountable for maintaining an accurate count of inventory in the warehouse through regular cycle counting and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and assembly area.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to create a team atmosphere and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Willingness to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, lower, and move product up to and in excess of 60 lbs. off and on warehouse shelves as well as up and down warehouse step ladders.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills and willingness to learn and work within our company ERP system.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Attendance and Communication: Great attendance record and moderate communication skills, with the ability to speak fluent English.
