AR Homes stands at the forefront of Custom Home construction, actively developing in the Wilmington, Leland, and Southport, NC regions. JWB, Inc., an exclusive franchise of AR Homes, is in search of a dynamic and seasoned on-site Sales Consultant to effectively market and sell pre-sold custom homes, available inventory, and fully furnished model homes.

AR Homes has earned a reputation for pioneering home designs, innovative merchandising, and efficient operational systems, collaborating with the finest talent in the industry. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage with top-tier professionals from a beautifully furnished model situated in a prominent community.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and effective individual capable of managing multiple tasks, adept at interacting with the public, and knowledgeable about current technology and marketing strategies. A fundamental ability to read or acquire the skill to interpret floor plans, along with a keen interest in basic construction principles, is essential. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and have the ability to learn Hubspot, our current CRM system, which is vital for assisting the Building Company President in generating detailed custom quotes through AR Homes' proprietary quoting system. Significant sales experience, preferably in real estate, is highly desirable, along with the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional persuasive selling abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Previous experience in residential home sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong follow-through capabilities
  • Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient computing skills with a willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with residential building practices is advantageous
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings is preferred
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit

Our Sales Consultants operate from our fully furnished award-winning model homes. The role involves local travel to various communities in Leland and Wilmington to visit lots, engage with potential clients, and network with other industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work full or partial weekends
  • Willingness to work evenings to accommodate customer schedules
  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely to meet customer demands

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume along with details of past earnings and sales volume. This position operates on a commission basis with an initial allowance.
