Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and Assessment: Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify the needs of each individual, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situation.
  • Residential Support: Provide a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Medication Management: Monitor and manage medication administration, ensuring compliance with state guidelines.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress, including clinical information and discharge data.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Experience working with AODA/Mental Health populations preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
  • Insurance: Must carry own auto insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 coverage.
