Position Overview

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering extensive technical sales assistance throughout the entire sales cycle. This includes identifying potential leads, engaging with current clients, performing technical evaluations, and assessing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales pipeline by acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet or surpass sales objectives and broaden our client base.
  • Gather competitive insights such as bidding scenarios, pricing information, or bundling options to negotiate pricing agreements for designated products.
  • Anticipate project timelines, budgets, risks, and competitive landscape in a dynamic market, including delivery dates based on the manufacturing department's schedules.
  • Review monthly sales reports with management to evaluate the achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously; strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales, ideally with experience in Industrial Heat Treating Equipment or a related field.
  • Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • High level of technical proficiency; ability to interpret and understand schematics.

Travel Requirements:
This role necessitates frequent travel, estimated at 40%-60%, including occasional international trips. A valid Passport and Driver's License with a clean driving record are mandatory.
