About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth and revenue
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to address areas for improvement
