Job Summary

The Senior Vice President, Client Lead will be responsible for leading a team of leaders to develop sound business practices built around strategy, goal setting, hiring, and advising. The SVP, Client Lead will report to the Managing Director of our Retail vertical and work closely with assigned clients to drive client retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client retention and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Product Development to drive client retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented Sales & Business Development Experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise in digital channels, marketing technology platforms, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communication strategy directly to those client objectives.
  • Self-motivated driver with strong skills in prioritization and revenue achievement.
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen, with ability to identify opportunities, sell new business, and close sales.
  • Solid quantitative background with understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
