The Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring that all clients achieve their desired outcomes with VamosVentures' suite of financial services and software.

Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager II, you will utilize technology and processes to effectively support our clients at scale.

Your goal will be to guarantee a seamless experience with VamosVentures, which includes developing strategies to enhance and retain their business, addressing their inquiries, and proactively reaching out to ensure all their needs are met.

This position will manage a portfolio of clients to help them realize their business objectives with VamosVentures.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently formulate strategies to retain and expand VamosVentures' client base.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client status.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks.
  • Monitor accounts through various metrics, including product usage and account health indicators.
  • Ensure clients have adequate credit limits.
  • Engage with clients proactively based on predefined criteria.
  • Advocate for clients across various teams when necessary.
  • Own product adoption, retention, and growth metrics for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Experience in managing a high volume of clients across different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Background in a SaaS or Fintech organization.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • A self-starter with a deep understanding of client needs and use cases.
  • A proven track record of building relationships and driving business success.
  • Comfortable presenting innovative ideas and challenging the status quo.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in payment processing and credit card services.
Compensation
The expected OTE range for this role is $112,000 USD - $140,000 USD.

The starting salary will be determined by various factors, including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demand, and internal pay parity.

The OTE figure includes base salary and commissions, which may vary based on performance.

Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may be included in the total compensation package.
