At King & Spalding LLP, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day coordination and operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming and internal calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and register all clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
  • Schedule conference rooms on an electronic calendar, coordinate videoconferences, and assign offices to visiting personnel.
  • Maintain parking validation accounts, validate client parking as needed, and submit maintenance tickets to the building.
  • Send weekly emails announcing office visitors and important on-site meetings.

Salary: $52,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
