Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to our team. If you have experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you

  • Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, quickbooks and excel, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and manage petty cash.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Liaise with accountants, as required.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, including phone calls and mail.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
