Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Powerfull Systems Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments and events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Provide welcoming and professional assistance to onsite guests
  • Answer and direct inbound telephone calls efficiently
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, adhering to company standards
  • Perform various office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
