Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Solari Enterprises, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the rental office and Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with answering telephones and providing clerical support to Site Manager
- Send outgoing and distribute incoming faxes, photocopy documents as requested
- Assist Site Manager with opening mail, apply postage to outgoing mail
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative and customer service environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, proof of auto insurance
Compensation Package
- $24.02 hourly wage
