Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients at Epiq's Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless front office operations.
  • Answer incoming calls, forward them to the appropriate person, and take accurate messages for those unavailable.
  • Promptly greet and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception desk and lobby area.
  • Order and stock supplies as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as requested.
  • Responsible for updating and sending the daily newsletter.
  • Assist with processing invoices and other administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably as a Receptionist.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have a professional presentation.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour. Eligible for an annual bonus based on performance and qualifications.
