Position Overview:
This role focuses on investigating the influence of antigens on the differentiation and preservation of resident and exhausted memory T cells through advanced gene editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research Activities (80%): Design and implement experiments, collect and analyze data.
  • Presentation and Instruction (20%): Summarize research findings for various publications.

Qualifications:
Required: Candidates must possess an M.D. and have experience in resident memory T cell biology, murine T cell gene editing, and infection models. Preference will be given to those with a proven track record in developing scientific protocols, scientific writing, and strong letters of reference.
Preferred: Experience with lymphocyte isolation from non-lymphoid tissues, understanding of liver physiology, and proficiency in flow cytometry.
