E-commerce Specialist Job Description

A San Clemente-based leader in specialized tool manufacturing is seeking an ambitious E-commerce Specialist to enhance their digital presence, optimize their online store, and drive substantial online revenue growth in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage Online Store Operations: Oversee daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Design Teams: Work with marketing and design teams to launch impactful online marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze E-commerce Metrics and Customer Feedback: Analyze e-commerce metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, optimize user experience, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure Website Performance: Ensure the website's performance is optimal, with a focus on being user-friendly, responsive, and conversion-optimized.
  • Coordinate with External Partners: Coordinate with external e-commerce partners, payment gateways, and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, applying best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and a streamlined online shopping experience.
  • Conduct Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Conduct detailed sales forecasting and reporting, presenting insights and strategies to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Expertise in managing e-commerce platforms and tools, with a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies.
