About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our human capital strategy and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with management to identify business needs and develop plans to meet those needs through talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and demands in a fair and timely manner.
  • Organizational Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive high performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships; in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including Fortune 500-level health, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
