About the Role:

As the Compensation Manager for TQL, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the company's compensation programs. You will provide guidance to HR and senior management on compensation matters and oversee company-wide compensation strategies and operations. Your focus will be on continuous improvement to ensure TQL remains competitive within the industry and locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead company-wide compensation projects, including program design and implementation, job descriptions, and salary structures
  • Manage the Long-Term Incentive Program in collaboration with the CFO and Finance Department
  • Consult with external sources to evaluate internal positions and ensure competitive compensation
  • Provide advice to the Executive Team on cost-effective and competitive compensation strategies
  • Drive improvements to compensation programs to align with business objectives
  • Develop communication and education plans for employees on compensation-related processes
  • Maintain employee data accurately

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of compensation experience
  • 1+ years of sales and variable compensation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • Knowledge of compensation theory and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
