The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and performing a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track monthly Manager and Employee trainings, ensuring all necessary reports are run and training rooms are reserved.
- Coordinate the Tenure Recognition Program and assist with preparing for Annual Benefit Open Enrollments.
- Prepare accurate, high-quality correspondence, reports, memos, forms, presentations, and other needed materials.
- Assist the HR Team and HR Director with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Exceptional grammar and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Sound judgment and reasoning skills.
- Ability to create relationships across the organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
- High School Diploma required; college degree a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of increasingly responsible technical or administrative experience in personnel administration activities or comparable position.
