The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and performing a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track monthly Manager and Employee trainings, ensuring all necessary reports are run and training rooms are reserved.
  • Coordinate the Tenure Recognition Program and assist with preparing for Annual Benefit Open Enrollments.
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality correspondence, reports, memos, forms, presentations, and other needed materials.
  • Assist the HR Team and HR Director with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional grammar and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sound judgment and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to create relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of increasingly responsible technical or administrative experience in personnel administration activities or comparable position.
