Compensation: $33.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Additional monthly renewal and quarterly performance bonuses available.***

We are looking for a dedicated Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our vibrant apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to manage maintenance tasks for both vacant and occupied units while adhering to the planned maintenance budget. Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Possession of Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is required.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Availability for weekend work as needed; on-call duties every three weeks for emergencies.
  • Certification as a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) is a plus.
  • Certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage all maintenance operations on the property while ensuring compliance with the planned maintenance budget.
  • Diagnose and resolve both basic and complex maintenance issues for all units.
  • Maintain accurate service and safety records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Director.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekend availability as needed; on-call rotation for emergencies.
Required Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state of employment or a neighboring state, or willingness to obtain one within 60 days; Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is mandatory.
