Position Summary:

A Kolter Hospitality Group Front Desk Supervisor is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the front desk operations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee front desk activities during designated shifts.
  2. Ensure front desk personnel are knowledgeable about hotel amenities and services.
  3. Address guest concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  4. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out procedures.
  5. Adhere to company policies regarding financial documentation, cash handling, and licensing, including accurate and timely financial reporting.
  6. Pre-block VIP arrivals, special requests, and long-stay guest accommodations in advance.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest and room details.
  8. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  9. Follow all safety protocols while performing job duties.

General Requirements:

Availability to work most weekends and holidays.

Punctuality and adherence to uniform standards.

Basic computer skills required.

Experience: Previous front desk experience in a hotel setting is preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
