Position Summary:

A Kolter Hospitality Group Front Desk Supervisor is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests by fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction. This role is accountable for overseeing the front desk operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee front desk operations during designated shifts.
  2. Ensure front desk personnel are knowledgeable about hotel amenities and services.
  3. Address all guest concerns in a professional and effective manner, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  4. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out procedures.
  5. Adhere to company policies regarding financial record management, cash handling, and licensing, including timely and accurate financial reporting.
  6. Pre-block VIP arrivals, special request accommodations, and long-stay guest rooms in advance.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest and room information.
  8. Report maintenance issues promptly.
  9. Follow all safety protocols while on duty.

General Requirements:

Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Punctuality and adherence to uniform standards are essential.

Proficient in computer operations.

Experience: Previous front desk experience in a hotel setting is required. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling may be required.
