Role Summary:

The Guest Services Supervisor at Radisson Panama City Beach will be accountable for managing the front desk functions and guaranteeing outstanding customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team of front desk personnel and ensuring that all guest requirements are addressed promptly and effectively. Experience in Hospitality is Essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations to ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor front desk staff.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Oversee reservations and room allocations.
  • Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Maintain a welcoming and orderly lobby environment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a front desk or hospitality position.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
