  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed while providing expert guidance on product choices, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Industry Insight: Remain updated on market trends, industry conditions, and competitor activities to offer clients the most relevant information and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our lumber and truss product lines, including specifications, applications, and installation techniques.
