Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Specialist

United Career Fairs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer sales orders.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the plumbing and HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of profit margins and sales strategies.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies quickly.
