About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a company that values culture and puts people first. As an Exterior Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for growing and developing client relationships, managing a substantial pipeline of business, and working with a team of highly motivated and caring individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Grow and develop client relationships, managing a substantial pipeline of business.
  • Work with a team of highly motivated and caring individuals to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Actively pursue and develop opportunities in residential construction, multifamily, commercial, restoration, and other areas.
  • Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the sales and construction process.
  • Manage the customer relationship from beginning to closing out of the project.
  • Create clients that promote top-of-mind referral opportunities.
  • Adopt our go-to-market strategies and selling ideologies.
  • Develop relationships with homeowners, insurance agencies, mortgage bankers, property management companies, HOA, Real Estate agents, Commercial properties, and your sphere.
What You'll Get
  • A dedicated mentor for 1:1 coaching.
  • Earn between $78,000 to $150,000 plus in your first year, with High Performers reaching $200,000 plus.
  • Onboarding and training pay distributed over the 5-week coaching period, in addition to commission earned and bonuses weekly.
  • Unlimited commission paid bi-weekly.
  • Warm leads in predetermined territories.
  • Opportunity for rapid advancement into a management position and different channels.
