Builder Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Builder Sales Specialist to join our team at Mohawk Industries, Inc. This role is responsible for developing new business and working with national and regional home offices of builders and design centers to enhance and drive residential sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, secure, and register large new builder customers.
  • Develop business relationships with new design center managers and interior designers.
  • Communicate current information regarding registered builder products and merchandising programs to internal teams.
  • Lead regular builder tracking meetings and participate in regional or national trade shows.
  • Establish working relationships with all builder customers and purchasing agents.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding all new single and multi-family construction in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
