At Resideo, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in the Americas. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll play a critical role in enhancing our sales process, efficiency, and productivity across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to align sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Global Sales Enablement team to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Sales Management, or Sales Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales process implementation, training, and improvement.
  • Proficient in CRM system utilization, including management, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and identify critical trends and gaps to drive increased sales efforts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
