Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Cyber/I.T. line of business within our DoD and IC customers. The successful candidate will execute IMG's strategic growth plan by developing a well-qualified pipeline of opportunities within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead the identification and qualification of opportunities at the top of the opportunity funnel and develop capture plans to win deals.
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Development executives, specialists, coordinators, and writers to support proposal development and capture efforts.
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Pricing, and Operations teams to determine resource requirements and ensure compliance with proposal submission guidelines.
  • Conduct color reviews and provide feedback to proposal writers to ensure high-quality submissions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government customers and industry partners to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' recent experience in a Business Development role with responsibilities to meet revenue, profit, and headcount objectives.
  • Proven track record of managing Business Development lifecycle, including relationship building, opportunity qualification, and proposal submission.
  • Experience with Deltek CRM and data analytics, as well as a wide variety of GWACS, including GSA Schedules and IDIQs.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
