About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team at IMG Information Management Group, Inc. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex proposals for federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Develop and execute proposal strategies to ensure compliance with government instructions and requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead high-performing proposal teams on fast-paced schedules, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Proposal Content: Plan and develop proposal content using storyboard techniques to ensure compliance and responsiveness.
  • Graphics and Visuals: Incorporate effective graphics and action captions to better communicate messages and persuade the client.
  • Proposal Management: Oversee production and final proposal submission, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Senior Proposal Manager for federal government proposals, including experience with DOD and IC proposals.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of managing and winning large, complex proposals.
  • Skills: Ability to coach writers and manage proposal content, effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leaders, capture managers, and proposal support teams.
  • Certifications: Proposal Management training and/or APMP Certification desirable.
