Coordinator of Event Marketing Initiatives

As an Event Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Revenue Marketing team, contributing to our extensive range of owned and paid event initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include the effective management, execution, and assessment of our event marketing campaigns, which encompass webinars, third-party conferences, and high-engagement field events.
This role is designed for a temporary engagement, lasting six months.
You will collaborate closely with both the Marketing and Revenue teams to develop event strategies, themes, and tools aimed at enhancing sales, elevating brand visibility, and enriching customer experiences in alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in partnership with the Senior Field Marketing Manager to ensure comprehensive management of all event marketing projects, from ideation through to execution and post-event analysis, focusing on maximizing lead generation and pipeline development.
- Communicate and organize all logistical details for event participants, including schedules, locations, registration processes, speaker onboarding, and any additional pertinent information to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Collaborate across departments to support owned event activations for Go-To-Market (GTM), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Co-Marketing/Partnerships, and Customer Advocacy.
- Facilitate smooth data synchronization across various systems to minimize inconsistencies and enhance operational efficiency in all event marketing campaigns.
- Conduct evaluations post-event, report on progress towards established goals, and suggest strategies for optimization.
- Assess third-party opportunities and cultivate vendor relationships to boost market presence, reduce expenses, and guarantee quality outcomes.
- 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business experiential marketing, comprehensive event management, production, or similar roles.
- Proficient project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional results within specified deadlines and budget constraints.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Splash (or equivalent event platforms), Marketo, and Tableau, including campaign management and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- A strategic thinker with a creative approach and a commitment to delivering innovative and memorable experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The minimum hourly rate is $19.88, with the maximum hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
