MARKETING EVENT SUPERVISOR

POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Event Supervisor plays a crucial role within Singleton Schreiber's Marketing division. This position is tasked with managing all facets of the firm's marketing events, ensuring flawless execution from initial planning to final wrap-up. Responsibilities include comprehensive logistical planning, budget management, venue selection, vendor liaison, and on-site oversight, along with managing details for virtual events, including presentation materials and coordination of online platforms such as Zoom and GoToMeeting. The supervisor will work closely with attorneys, staff, and clients to design and customize events that align with the firm's objectives for business development and client engagement.

Beyond event management, the Marketing Event Supervisor will contribute to the overarching goals and initiatives of the Marketing Department throughout the year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills, all of which are vital for success in this role.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$85,000-$100,000 annually

Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees a detailed schedule of upcoming marketing events for the firm, including specific regional and practice group activities.
  • Leads and organizes all event registration tasks, managing attendee lists, RSVPs, and travel arrangements for participants.
  • Strategically coordinates event logistics, including venue research, travel planning, vendor sourcing (catering, equipment rental, etc.), and contract negotiations.
  • Manages and facilitates all Firm Town Hall Events, both virtual and in-person, including scheduling, hosting, press coordination, and communications.
  • Collaborates on event promotion efforts (flyers, invitations, advertisements), registration management, and attendee inquiries.
  • Directs virtual events, webinars, and branding initiatives, including sponsorships, registrations, presentations, and logistical arrangements.
  • Handles the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Process for events or trade associations, ensuring all advertising assets, registrations, and payments are secured.
  • Works with CMO/Senior Marketing Manager/Attorneys to identify target trade associations and manage speaking engagements and presentation opportunities.
  • Acts as the primary contact for events, resolving any issues that arise to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervises staff and volunteers during setup and teardown, managing emergencies with composure and efficiency.
  • Conducts post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to ensure budgeting aligns with the firm's financial objectives.
  • Assists in sourcing and managing vendors for marketing materials and promotional items, including customized gifts for client and employee appreciation.
  • Coordinates the annual referral gifting program, managing recipient lists and service sourcing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in legal marketing and event coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
