As the Event Marketing Specialist, you will become a vital member of our Revenue Marketing team, contributing to our extensive array of owned and paid event initiatives.
In this capacity, you will oversee the effective management, execution, and assessment of our event initiatives, which encompass webinars, external conferences, and high-engagement field events.
This position is temporary and spans six months.Your collaboration with the Marketing and Revenue teams will be essential in crafting event strategies, themes, and tools aimed at enhancing sales, brand visibility, and customer experiences that align with our business goals.
Your primary responsibility will be the logistical oversight of event initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams, and delivering comprehensive reports on the outcomes of these initiatives.

Your contributions will include:
Working closely with the Sr.
Field Marketing Manager to ensure comprehensive management of all event marketing projects, covering ideation, planning, execution, and post-event evaluations to optimize lead generation and pipeline development.
Ensuring that all logistical details for event participants are communicated clearly and organized, including event timelines, venues, registration information, speaker onboarding, and any other pertinent details to ensure a smooth event experience.
Collaborating across departments to support owned event activations for GTM, ABM, Co-Marketing/Partnerships, and Customer Advocacy.Facilitating seamless data synchronization across systems to minimize data discrepancies and improve operational efficiency across all event marketing initiatives.
Conducting evaluations after events, reporting progress towards objectives, and suggesting optimization strategies.
Assessing third-party opportunities and establishing vendor relationships to enhance market presence, reduce expenses, and ensure quality deliverables.
Qualifications you will bring:
1-3 years of experience in business-to-business experiential marketing, comprehensive event management, production, or related fields.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver top-tier results within established deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, Splash (or similar event platforms), Marketo, and Tableau, including campaign management and reporting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A strategic mindset coupled with creativity and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel to events as required.

Additional Information:
Minimum hourly rate of $19.88 to maximum hourly rate of $ benefits. The range provided is NextRoll's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
