MARKETING EVENT SUPERVISOR
POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Event Supervisor plays a crucial role within Singleton Schreiber's Marketing division. This position is tasked with managing all facets of marketing events, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning to final wrap-up. Responsibilities include logistical coordination, budget management, venue selection, vendor collaboration, and on-site oversight, as well as managing virtual event elements such as presentation materials and online meeting coordination. The supervisor will work closely with attorneys, staff, and clients to design and customize events that align with the firm's objectives, business development strategies, and client service goals.
Beyond event management, the Marketing Event Supervisor will also support the broader Marketing Department's initiatives throughout the year. The ideal candidate will exhibit adaptability, excellent communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills, which are essential for success in this role.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$85,000-$100,000 annually
Compensation will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
Singleton Schreiber, LLP provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, childcare reimbursement, transportation reimbursement, paid parental leave, and a 401k plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees a detailed schedule of upcoming marketing events for the firm, including specific regional and practice group activities.
- Leads the event registration process, managing attendee lists, RSVPs, and travel arrangements for participants.
- Strategically organizes event logistics, including venue research, travel planning, vendor sourcing (catering, equipment rental, etc.), and contract negotiations.
- Coordinates all Firm Town Hall Events, both virtual and in-person, including scheduling, hosting, and communication with press and clients.
- Collaborates on event promotion, including the creation of flyers, invitations, and advertisements, as well as managing attendee inquiries.
- Directs efforts for virtual events, webinars, and branding initiatives, including sponsorships and logistical arrangements.
- Manages the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Process for events and trade associations, ensuring all advertising assets and payments are secured.
- Works with senior marketing leadership and attorneys to identify target trade associations and manage speaking engagements.
- Acts as the primary contact for events, addressing any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervises staff and volunteers during event setup and teardown, managing emergencies with composure.
- Conducts post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to ensure event budgets align with the firm's financial objectives.
- Assists in sourcing and managing vendors for marketing materials and promotional items, including customized gifts for clients and employees.
- Oversees the annual referral gifting program, managing recipient lists and service sourcing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in legal marketing and event management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule.
