Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Marketing and Events collaborates closely with the Executive Team to strategize, oversee, and coordinate the marketing and event initiatives. This role is responsible for leading the events division to effectively design and implement association gatherings while also managing the marketing strategy as outlined by the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Directing the Marketing division to achieve the organization's objectives.
  • Partnering with the Executive Team to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision.
  • Overseeing the workflow for all event execution, including all promotional materials and marketing requirements.
  • Managing, tracking, and documenting the budget and expenses associated with all events.
  • Coordinating all communications related to the association with brokers, agents, and other key audiences.
  • Participating in professional and community events that align with the association's marketing goals.
  • Attending all relevant association events or additional events as needed.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Overseeing daily operations within the department, including managing the marketing and communications budget in line with the approved annual budget.
  • Occasionally representing the organization at community initiatives and public, social, and business events.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and Executive Team to uphold the branding strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring the protection of trademarks and copyrights in accordance with branding guidelines.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
