- Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 5-7 years related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting.
- Excellent problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tracking recruitment data and using analytics to make recommendations for change.
- A master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of quality improvement, change management, and strategic planning.
