The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of impactful recruitment strategies in the medical community, specifically for care providers in long-term facilities. They will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in filling key roles in a timely manner, managing the recruitment cycle from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for all open positions.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition System, ensuring regular oversight and management.
  • Provide reporting based on Key Performance Indicators, including Time to Fill, Candidate Churn, Candidate Satisfaction, Close Rate, Offer Acceptance Rate, and more.
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in meeting specific deliverables and filling open requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Provide strategic direction for recruitment strategies, including urgent strategic fills.
  • Manage the team budget for engagement and ad spending in recruitment platforms.
  • Build partnerships with external partners, such as Medical Schools, to source talent.
  • Establish a network of providers to source from when positions become available, understanding Business Development opportunities to eliminate long recruitment cycles.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience managing a full-cycle recruitment program, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to lead project management initiatives with a high level of detail, from start to finish.
  • Experience managing talent acquisition professionals.
  • Understanding of recruitment performance metrics and the ability to use these metrics for strategic initiatives.
  • Excellence in communication, both written and verbal.
  • An understanding of prioritization and a sense of urgency.
  • The ability to build impactful and strategic partnerships with internal partners.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $135,000
