Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Recruitment to lead our recruitment efforts and develop strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our healthcare settings
  • Manage and supervise a team of recruitment professionals
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other talent sources
  • Provide leadership and consultation on recruitment programs and initiatives
  • Develop and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment programs
Requirements
  • Current certification or credential in talent acquisition (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two years of experience driving and implementing recruitment programs, plans, and initiatives in a healthcare or related setting
