The Role
As the Director of Retail Talent Acquisition, you will lead the team to work with Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives. You will establish a proactive approach to building an effective talent pipeline, find the best retail talent, and deliver the right people for assessment. You will also inspire candidates with all Aritzia has to offer and secure top talent with compelling offers.
The Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications. They will also have a commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles. The candidate will have the skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes and the ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
The Compensation
The typical hiring range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 USD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
