We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Shake Shack. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for our Home Office support departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source and hire top talent for all Home Office support departments.
- Work closely with cross-functional Hiring Managers to build strong talent pipelines, identify internal promotions, and attract qualified external talent for open and future positions.
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute short and long-range recruiting strategies to proactively address our aggressive expansion plans.
- Assist in the development and execution of employment branding strategic initiatives, including management of the Shake Shack Brand Ambassador Program and development of national recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience in the hospitality or related industry.
- Experience conducting searches for positions from entry to executive level.
- Employment Branding and Recruitment Marketing experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
