Position Overview
The Campaign and Development Associate will be instrumental in bolstering a fundraising initiative aimed at amplifying our influence. Key responsibilities encompass organizing meetings, crafting donor communication materials, monitoring commitments, and supporting campaign-related events. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Planned Giving & Development Operations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Organize campaign cabinet meetings and develop necessary materials
- Assist in the preparation of strategies and solicitations for potential donors
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with major donors
- Monitor acknowledgment of gifts and track campaign advancements
- Contribute to campaign reporting and communication efforts
- Aid in gift processing and ensure quality assurance

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with pertinent experience
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Zoom and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems is essential
