Job Overview

The DCCC is actively seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to fill the role of Call Time Manager, a vital position in supporting campaign fundraising efforts across various congressional races.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the candidate's call time, ensuring all activities align with the campaign's financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the candidate during call sessions, meticulously logging all call data using preferred campaign platforms (such as NGP or CallTime AI).
  • Prepare and verify all call sheets to guarantee accuracy prior to call time.
  • Conduct necessary follow-up calls and work in conjunction with the finance director and campaign manager to implement the established financial strategy.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and volunteer initiatives.
  • Perform additional fundraising tasks as required to ensure the campaign's success.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in campaign operations or phone banking. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NGP is essential. Candidates with comprehensive knowledge of campaign finance operations—including call time, events, mail, online fundraising, phone outreach, finance committee involvement, budget management, and compliance—will be highly regarded.
