Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Outreach Strategies: Design and execute effective outreach plans to increase awareness and utilization of mental health services.
  • Organize and Participate in Community Events: Coordinate and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to promote mental health resources and engage with consumers.
  • Collaborate with Local Organizations: Work with local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers to promote mental health resources and services.
  • Engage with Consumers and Potential Clients: Provide information and assistance to consumers and potential clients through various channels.
  • Monitor and Report on Outreach Activities: Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities to inform future strategies.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate degree or better preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in community engagement and outreach, preferably in the mental health sector.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work well with multiple priorities and projects, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and Proficiency: Knowledge of mental health issues and resources, proficiency in social media and digital communication tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
