Job Overview

The DCCC is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to fill the role of Call Time Manager for various congressional campaigns nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the candidate's call time activities to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the candidate during call sessions, ensuring all call data is accurately recorded using preferred campaign platforms (e.g., NGP, CallTime AI).
  • Prepare and verify all call sheets prior to call time to ensure readiness and accuracy.
  • Conduct necessary follow-up calls and work alongside the finance director and campaign manager to implement the financial strategy.
  • Assist in organizing and managing fundraising events and volunteer programs, along with other fundraising-related tasks essential for campaign success.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in campaign operations or phone banking. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NGP is essential. A comprehensive understanding of campaign finance processes, including call time, events, mail, online fundraising, phone outreach, finance committee activities, budget oversight, and compliance, is highly desirable.
