- This position necessitates in-person interactions with healthcare providers to foster relationships and provide support.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required.
- Experience with specialty product launches is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales; experience in gastroenterology is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and challenges faced by healthcare providers.
- Proven access to local thought leaders within the territory is preferred.
- Ability to leverage sales data to develop actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence in various settings.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.

- Must reside within the designated territory to ensure effective management of responsibilities.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000. A competitive compensation package will be provided, including a base salary, performance bonuses, and travel allowances. A comprehensive benefits package will also be available, including retirement plan matching and health insurance options.
