Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services to meet client needs.

  • Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, proven experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a strong drive for results, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
