Job Description

Willow Springs Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and business development plans to drive growth and expansion of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to drive growth and expansion of our services
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, partners, and vendors
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial performance and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and business development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing and business development plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
