Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Inc Authority. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM software
