Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary
The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in promoting Vanir's name recognition within specific markets. This will be achieved through office visits, advertising, participation in trade shows, and conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a draft of the marketing, advertising, and conference budget.
- Identify trade shows, conventions, conferences, and exhibits in which Vanir will participate.
- Determine, coordinate, and arrange convention/exhibit activities, including speaking engagements, hospitality suites, sponsorships of special events, and displays.
- Ensure frequent, effective, and consistent participation with AEC organizations.
- Identify new business prospects, making initial client contacts and qualifying prospective clients.
- Maintain a database of existing clients and prospective clients.
- Assist with various special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
- Four+ years of business development and/or marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction fields.
- Strong CRM database knowledge.
- Current driver's license with ability to travel as needed.
