Job Summary

The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in promoting Vanir's name recognition within specific markets. This will be achieved through office visits, advertising, participation in trade shows, and conventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a draft of the marketing, advertising, and conference budget.
  • Identify trade shows, conventions, conferences, and exhibits in which Vanir will participate.
  • Determine, coordinate, and arrange convention/exhibit activities, including speaking engagements, hospitality suites, sponsorships of special events, and displays.
  • Ensure frequent, effective, and consistent participation with AEC organizations.
  • Identify new business prospects, making initial client contacts and qualifying prospective clients.
  • Maintain a database of existing clients and prospective clients.
  • Assist with various special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Four+ years of business development and/or marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction fields.
  • Strong CRM database knowledge.
  • Current driver's license with ability to travel as needed.
