Position Summary

The role entails overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical development initiatives. The focus is on achieving project milestones while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes within established timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and financial allocations.
  • Develop and coordinate the comprehensive project schedule to ensure alignment across various functional areas and adherence to project milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to monitor progress and address any emerging concerns.
  • Interpret complex data sets to derive insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate analytical findings and insights to senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain project spaces using Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA).
  • Coordinate development confirmation activities to ensure progress on relevant hardware and software.
  • Gather and manage test time requests for the project team.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Conduct evaluations to assess outcomes and support decision-making within the project team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (IT preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred certification in PMP or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience in schedule creation and management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create effective presentation materials.

Work Environment

  • Work involves a mix of sitting, vehicle testing, standing, and walking.
  • Exposure to various environmental factors, including flammable gases and extreme temperatures.
